New Jersey HS Spring League Registration Open!

Spring is here!  Well, almost.  Registration for the New Jersey HS Spring League is now officially open.  The format for the 2013 NJ HS Spring League and State Championship Series can be found at the within links.  

Note a few important changes:

1. All participating NJ high schools now belong to one of four geographic Sections (North 1, North 2, Central and South);

2. Teams can begin scheduling and playing games between Friday, March 1 and Sunday, April 14;

3. "Sectional Champions" (based on Section standings) earn one of the four auto-bid to NJ D1 Open States;

4. Just like 2011 and 2012, the remaining four spots at D1 States will be determined at NJ State Qualifiers;

5. NJ D2 Open States will be held the same weekend as D1 on May 25-26, 2013.  

Team leaders can register their teams following these seven steps:

1. Fill out the registration form here;

2. Pay the $25 team league fee using Google Checkout;

3. Get ALL players to register, either as an affiliate member ($15) or as a full USA Ultimate member ($30);

4. Create and submit a roster for the NJ HS Spring League;

5. Recruit a coach, parent or adult adviser to serve as team chaperon and add them to the roster;

6. Pay attention to upcoming deadlines;
