Player Registration

To play in USA Ultimate High School events, USA Ultimate Membership is required.  The following events require USA Ultimate membership:

• NJ HS Spring Season (March 1-May 7, 2014)
• NJ HS State Qualifiers (May 10-11, 2014)
• NJ HS Division One State Championship (May 24-25, 2014)
• NJ HS Girls State Championship (TBA)
• NJ HS Division Two State Championship (May 24-25, 2014)

All players must complete TWO steps to be able to play:

1. Join USA Ultimate for $30.

1. Create a USAU Account.(past members skip this step).

2. Login and complete your Waiver Status by Signing Online .

3. Select Pay Membership Online and choose Youth Membership.
4. Give your USAU ID # to your Coach/Chaperone.

2. Submit a signed hardcopy Medical Authorization Form  to your Coach or Chaperone.

NEW: Team organizers may pay for multiple memberships for team personnel following these instructions here.
