Teams’ online event roster on the USAU online rostering system needs to list all players, coaches, and chaperones* by one week after the event starts. Teams without this information registered in the online system by this deadline will be ineligible to compete in your event.

*We need to know that teams have a cleared chaperone before they play any games. Teams must list their cleared chaperone on their event roster before they play games.
- League Rostering Deadline
Everyone’s waiver and membership must be complete two weeks after the event.

- Event Registration (State Qualifiers, D1 / D2 Open / Girls States)
