Team Registration:
Step 1) Your players must create a full membership for $36 with USA Ultimate by going to:
https://play.usaultimate.org/members/login/
Step 2) You will also need adult chaperone who has an active coach's membership with USAU and has passed a background check. Your adult chaperone and/or coach must have taken the online trainings but does not need to take an in person course.
Note: You MUST have a registered coach who has chaperone clearance from Step 2 above to make this happen. Step 1) Your players must create a full membership for $36 with USA Ultimate by going to:

Step 3) Team Organizers need to Create a Team
Step 4) Load your team into an Event Roster. Here is a guide on How to Register for an Event and Create an Event Roster
Note: When you are registering for an event, you are looking for "New Jersey High School State Championship"
Step 5) Team Chaperone must have a signed Medical Authorization Form from every player
Registration for States;
Registration MUST be complete by Wednesday May 9th, 2018.
There are two steps to register for the posteason:
- Register on USA Ultimate by May 9th 2018
- See above on how to Register
- Submit a payment for your team
- $150 for just State Championships
- Payment can be made by:
- Paypal to devylycc@gmail.com
- Sending a check to DEVYL Ultimate to DEVYL Ultimate at PO Box 305 in Westfield, NJ 07090
- Note: If your team needs to withdraw from the tournament, you will be refunded if you cancel prior to one week from the tournament.
- Note: Due to USA Ultimate's new Registration Guidelines, these are STRICT deadlines even though they were a bit flexible in the past.
