The New Jersey High School League's Regular Season begins March 1st and runs through May 18th. To be able to play a sanctioned game and to play in the State Championship, you need to register your team by May 9th, 2018
Due to new USA Ultimate Registration guidelines, this is absolutely a strict deadline even if it was a bit flexible in the past!
Team Registration:
Step 1) Your players must create a full membership for $36 with USA Ultimate by going to:
https://play.usaultimate.org/members/login/
Step 2) You will also need adult chaperone who has an active coach's membership with USAU and has passed a background check. Your adult chaperone and/or coach must have taken the online trainings but does not need to take an in person course.
Step 3) Team Organizers need to Create a Team
Step 4) Load your team into an Event Roster. Here is a guide on How to Register for an Event and Create an Event Roster
Note: When you are registering for an event, you are looking for "New Jersey High School State Championship"
Step 5) Team Chaperone must have a signed Medical Authorization Form from every player
To Play a Game:
There are two ways to play games:
- Join a sanctioned tournament CLICK HERE FOR A LIST OF NJ TOURNAMENTS
- Contact another team directly to play a game.
- Set up a time and location (contact school or rec dept)
- Contact njhsultimate@gmail.com to get insurance for fields at least 10 days prior
- Send your scores to njhsultimate@gmail.com
